Welcome to the One Pound Ago website.  I am a firm believer in the fact that you are never too overweight, too old, too out of shape, or too anything to get back to the basics.  That unhealthy you can be just "One Pound Ago".  Diet and exercise are very important to any weight loss goals that you may have and it is important that you incorporate both of them into any weight loss plan that you may have. 

I was once where so many Americans find themselves and that was obese, completely out of shape, and afflicted with type II diabetes.  I decided I had to do something about it and quick.  You can follow my journey on my weight loss blog and see where I started from and where I am going.  I now have developed healthier eating and exercise habits that have become a part of my lifestyle and not just the next latest fad diet or exercise plan.  I don't care what plan you follow if it works for you, but it must be a lifestyle change and not just the latest diet you found on the internet.

Fat Loss Secret...

Fat Loss Secrets is a relatively new program and was created by an Arizona doctor called Suzanne Gudakunst.

Apparently she has blown the lid off the best-kept secret in weight loss ever discovered and has caused quite a stir in the whole diet food and drug industries by doing so.

When we checked out her program we felt that the website was a bit hyped up compared to the information you actually received. Even so, the material seemed to make sense and was extremely comprehensive.

We did hear extremely positive things from current clients although we would actually advise to hold back on this until even more positive reports have come through.  Fatloss4Idiots has been proven to be successful so at the current time it would be wise to opt for that program instead.

Turbulence Training...

If you prefer more exercise in your routine, "Turbulence Training" is a great eBook that tackles the myths of exercising with cardio and how to Lose fat and gain muscle without cardio.

In this book you will discover all about cardio free fat loss workouts using weight training exercise.  You will also learn about how to use interval training to burn fat, get rid of stubborn belly fat, and build muscle.

You will learn about the myth that there is no fat loss magic to doing cardio on an empty stomach. In fact, most trainers “in-the-know” are using intervals instead of slow, boring cardio which is known to burn fat faster.

You will also learn from this book that  there are better home fitness workouts to burn fat than you have are using now.  If someone could tell you what those are, wouldn’t you rather do those instead?

In some ways it is superior to FatLoss4idiots because it relies more on exercise, but it is more complicated to follow which is why we haven't given it top marks.
